Description

On 2/29/1980, the subject, for an unknown reason, was a pedestrian along Interstate 80 northbound and was struck by an automobile. He was taken by ambulance and admitted to Mission Emergency Hospital, he was unidentified at the time of admission. He remained there until he was transferred to Laguna Honda Hospital on 4/22/1980. Since 10/1985 the subject had experience recurrent pneumonia with his condition deteriorating and eventually leading to his demise.
