Description

The subject was found sitting on the stairs of the above address by an unknown citizen who called emergency services. The subject was taken to San Francisco General Hospital where he was diagnosed with Hypothermia and was in cardiac arrest. He was resuscitated and transferred to the ICU. He remained comatose in the ICU until his demise.
