Description

The subject approximately 50 years of age apparently had no fixed address. According to information received from San Francisco Police Officer Alvarez #19, on 2/21/05 at about 1955 hours, a friend of the subject's went by to see the subject as he has not seen him since 11/04. The area in which the subject was staying in an inspection crawl space inside a freeway overpass located at the N/B 280 connector to S/B 101. Once at the scene and after climbing up a ladder to where the subject was staying, he was found unresponsive. Examination at the scene revealed the subject to be lying in a supine position on a mattress at the aforementioned location. There was evidence that he was a heavy smoker. He was in an advanced state of post mortem decomposition with partial mummification. Nothing could be located to indicate any medical attention, or possible identification. His friend only knew him as "Daniel".
