Description
On 6/27/2006 at approximately 1230 hours the goat herder on the Port of San Francisco property that is south of the KYA radio tower was walking over the area that had recently been cleared by the herd she is in charge of when she discovered a human cranium. San Francisco Police Officer Bernal responded to the scene and this office was notified at 1319 hours on 6/27/2006.
