Description

On the evening of 08/08/1990 the decedent, a young unidentified Hispanic male, was one of several persons who ran westbound across Interstate 5 near the US Border Patrol checkpoint. He was in the #4 lane and was hit by a southbound 1987 Nissan Sentra.
