All of his personal effects are related to the Hispanic culture.
Circumstances
Hunters found the skeletal remains of this decedent and of an older male (UP6507) together in woods in Caroline County off VA I-95. DNA testing indicated a possible parent-child relationship. Both are wearing new clothes. Interval between date of death and date found is approximately 2-10 months.
