Circumstances
On April 4, 1995, police found the decedent's remains in a shallow grave behind a vacant crack house at 380 Atwood Street in Atlanta, Georgia. She possibly went by the name Wanda and may have been from the Adamsville area in Atlanta. She reportedly frequented the Ashby, Dill and Beecher Street areas. Ears single pierced. She had a mole on the top of her right foot near the big toe. Hair: Black, coarse, and tightly curled with a maximum length of 3 inches over the crown.
