Description

Victim's remains were lying face up approximately 20 to 30 feet east of the access road. The victim's skull was located approx. 5 to 10 feet north of the torso. The victim's right hand was missing and the fingers from his left hand had been removed. Several pieces of burned material were found near the head area of the remains. A piece of electrical wire was found around the neck area of the skeleton.
