John Doe #39-93 was a caucasian male, found decomposed in a drainage culvert. He was approximately 30 to 50 years of age, brown-gray hair, 60 to 65 inches in height. . Probably deceased no earlier than 11/01/1993. Identity may only be established with dental X-rays (on file and see attached) and DNA (refer to CODIS #BK-08-001005).
