Description

Decedent was discovered in a remote desert area by a group of migrants. Individual had been previously apprehended by USBP in May 2004 and again in May 2009 at which times provided the names 'Jose Perez Lozano' and "Dabid Santez Cristobal" respectively. The CBP fingerprint records for these two encounters have been matched to the decedent by the FBI. These names and birthdates have not been verified by the Mexican government and are believed to be bogus.
