Description

On 2/8/1990 at 1820 hrs the decedent was walking across the street at Avalon Boulevard and 46th Street in Los Angeles in a crosswalk when he was struck by a vehicle. 911 was called and he was transported by ambulance to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead at 1848 hrs on 2/8/1990.
