Description

Decedent found inside of abandoned building at 4114 Lancaster Ave in West Philadelphia. She was wearing multiple layers of clothing. Residents of the neighborhood know the decedent by sight only. They state she was possibly mentally ill and/or an alcoholic, she would walk up and down the street with bottle in hand talking to herself.
