Unknown black male witnessed to collapse on 6/27/1991 in front of 332 Bergen street, in the back of a truck. Taken to Long Island College Hospital, where he was briefly responsive, but decompensated and was pronounced on 7/01/1991. Possible name: Raymond Williams.
