Description

On 7/28/1991, and unknown black male was spotted by the motorman of a #4 train as it entered the Nostrand Ave station. The decedent was lying on the tracks, parallel to the rails. The motorman hit the emergency brakes, but the train went over the decedent. He was brought to Kings County Hospital, where he was pronounced on 7/29/1991.
