Description

On 8/10/1990, unknown black male was witnessed to jump into Jamaica Bay at Gerritson Beach. When he didn't come back up, a witness swam out and brought him to shore. He was transported to Peninsula Hospital, where he remained unresponsive, declined, and was pronounced on 1/27/91.
