Description

The decedent was found unresponsive in a parking lot, 9-1-1 was called and he was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead at 0032 hours on 6/22/09. Appears that the decedent had been "shaking" all day prior to his collapse due to alcohol withdrawel.
