Description

The decedent was found altered by a friend at an unknown location on 3/18/2020 and 911 was called. Paramedics responded and transported the decedent to California Hospital where his health slowly declined until death was pronounced on 8/8/2020. The decedent stated his name was "Juan" but he was unable to provide any additional identifying information.
