Description

A single vehicle accident with 3 occupants. The vehicle appeared to have left the roadway and collided with a tree. The vehicle then caught fire with 2 of the occupants trapped inside. This is the driver of the vehicle that was trapped behind the steering wheel. Per the surviving occupant this decedent is possibly eliah valdes approx 15 years old and from el salvador. Furthermore the 3 individuals were from the los angeles area and had traveled to the san francisco area looking for work
