Description

On 3/7/2015 the decedent was found unresponsive in a park bathroom. He was transported by ambulance to a local hospital where he remained until his death on 3/16/2015. The decedent had unofficial identification cards with multiple names. Several friends were contacted and all knew him by different names but all said he went by "Carolina".
