Description

Unknown asian male found washed ashore at Breezy Point Blvd and Bedford Ave. Decedent was an immigrant on the cargo ship "Golden Venture", which ran aground on a sand bar at approximately 2am on 6/06/1993. Many immigrants were on board; they jumped out and swam to shore after ship became stuck. Decedent was found about 1 mile west of the crash site.
