Description

During the afternoon hours of 04/25/2020, a hiker in the canyon west of UC San Diego Medical Center in San Diego discovered an apparent human skull lying in the stream at the base of the canyon. The hiker called the San Diego Police Department to report his findings with patrol units responding to the location and confirming the skull was human. No other bones were located in the area.
