Description

This man was found on November 24, 2009, lying semi conscious under a bridge, cold and wet. He was transported to a local hospital and was lucid enough to tell ER his name was "Sam". He lapsed unconscious and died two days later. No identification was found with him and his fingerprints were ran twice without a hit. No missing person was located to fit him. He is possibly a transient and had no personal property. No trauma to his body and death was determined to be from exposure to the weather.
