Description

Unknown white male found by NYPD Harbor Unit floating by Buoy A in the Gowanus Bay/New York Bay area, near 33rd Street. Decedent is wearing numerous rubber wristbands. Three of these bands have the initials MSKCC, which stands for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. MSKCC was contacted and does not have any information on this decedent.
