Description
A local resident had been walking within the city limits, behind an area near the Burlington Northern Railway station, when he saw a black male laying on his right side. EMS did respond, but no attempts were made due to the obvious demise. Fingerprints were faxed to the FBI, as well as being mailed, with no identification located. No missing persons reports from this area.
