Description

A father and his 2 sons had come to the irrigation ditch to fish, when they saw the body of the decedent floating face down in the water, caught on a branch. He was discovered wearing only underpants and tennis shoes. No ID/tattoo. Area known to transients, drugs and alcohol use.
