Description

Apparent transient had a small camp under a freeway overpass bridge and was found by freeway workers lying in pool of water after a recent rain. No food or water at the scene but he had several items of clothing. He was found lying on a blanket with no noted trauma to his body. No wallet, keys, or identification was located.
