Description

According to investigator information, a private citizen was looking for bones on the beach and brought a bag containing four bones to the police department. One of the four bones was determined to be human and was collected by the Medical Examiner's Office. The partial skull fragment was found on the beach in Port Hueneme between the pier and the oil refinery.
