Decedent was discovered by an unknown hiker and was reported to U. S. Border Patrol. The decedent was lying in about 3-4 feet of snow. Piece of paper with writing ("Leticia Carrasco. . . rtinez") found with decedent. Name association of Jose Perez-Vargas, possible Mexican citizen but this information has not been verified yet.
