On 12/03/2021, this female was found unresponsive and with head trauma in the intersection of Paxton St and Fellows Ave in Pacoima. Paramedics transported her to Providence Holy Cross Medical Center where her remained until her death on 01/28/2022. She had no ID on her. The circumstances surrounding her head injury are unknown.
