Description

The decedent was a male who is believed to have been in his late 30s whose marital status and residency are unknown. On 01/15/2020, US Customs and Border Patrol Agents located the decedent's body in the area of Mount Laguna. On 01/22/2020, personnel from San Diego Sheriff's Aerial Support to Regional Enforcement Agencies (ASTREA) Unit 4 recovered the decedent's body. The decedent was noted to be partially mummified and moderate animal activity was noted to the body. No identifying papers or cards were located, and no property was located in the area of the decedent's body. The names listed above are names he used during life but his true birth name and family are unknown.
