Description

On 4/22/11, the resident of room #207 at the above location heard a loud "pop" come from the next room, #209. Shortly after the smoke alarm from room #209 went off. Building staff responded to the room, found the door locked but not deadbolted, and opened the door using a building passkey. Upon entry, they found the subject unresponsive on the bed with apparent gun shot wound to the head and a firearm next to her. A permanent resident card was found amongst the subject's belongings, bearing the name Marcela Tamara Estodas De La Cruz with the date of birth of 12/5/1973 and a country of birth of Bolivia.
