Decedent identified as a female fetus possibly over 30 weeks gestation. Unknown what race this fetus is although it appears to be Caucasin or possibly Hispanic. There is no evidence of where the baby came from or which female. Body found rear alleyway at Patterson and Wiltshire Road, Upper Darby, Pa.
