The decedent is a currently unidentified Hispanic male of approximately 30 years of age. On 9/5/2022, US Border Patrol Agents were tracking a group of undocumented immigrants in the Otay Mountain area via helicopter. While in the air, they observed the decedent's body on a hillside. **Decedent may have been associated with or stopped at the Iglesia Apostólica De La Fe En Cristo Jesus, A. R. in Tijuana, Mexico during his journey to the United States.
