Found by US Border Patrol on top of small cliff, likely died of exposure. Decedent possibly Peruvian. Small phone book found with decedent lists following names, "Valentin Rivas Gutierrez, " and "Rosy, " "Antonio, " "Jose Antonio, " "Carlos, " and "Juan, " with 1 complete phone number.
