Decedent located by USBP BORTAC unit in the Salt Lake of the "La India Ranch" in Brooks County after a 911 distress call. Decedent was identified by name by a man at location who claimed to be her husband. Decedent had a Mexican passport matching her description and the photo on the document matched the decedent.
