Description

Two men and a boy were horseback riding and saw the decedent under a tree approx 10 feet off County Road 67 approx 2 miles from 67A. They did not enter the area but called out to the decedent. The decedent was found in a supine position with the right leg extended and the left leg bent at the knee. The right arm was over his head, bent at the elbow, and the left arm was extended next to the body. His jacket was pulled up over his head and the right pocket was pulled out as well as the left jean pocket. Trauma was noted to his chin, neck and forehead area.
