the employee's of Jack's Step In Lounge were cleaning and threw some trash. At approx 1545 they threw more trash and found the decedent in the dumpster in back of the lounge. The PD were not notified until approx 1730. They found the decedent wrapped in a bedspread and tied with a nylon rope. After further exam the decedent was noted was noted to have trauma to the left side of his head. The decedent was clothed and his shoes were rolled up with the decedent. No ID was found with the decedent. Livor was not blanchable and rigor appears to have already broken. There was also some skin slippage starting.
