Description

On 01/13/1990, the decedent was admitted to the hospital for injuries that he sustained after being involved in a pedestrian/motor vehicle accident. The decedent remained in a coma until about 03/11/1990 when he ultimately passed. Despite all efforts, the hospital was unable to determine his identity.
