Description

On 08/31/2014 @ 0845 hours the decedent was found unresponsive on a public bus bench at 5th & Hill St. in Los Angeles. Other transients in the area denied any knoweldge on a possible name for the decedent. Also found near the bus bench was a brown purse and a brown suitcase, no identification paperwork was found in either item.
