Description
New Mexico State Police (NMSP) made contact concerning a hiker who had been north of the John Dunn bridge on 04/12/2025. He was in a canyon area he described as an area run off. While in the canyon, he stated, he found a bone which he thought was the skull of a coyote. That evening at his residence he noted what he thought were fillings in the teeth. NMSP had contacted me when the hiker had taken the skull to there office. NMSP returned to the scene but did not recover any further remains.
