Description

The decedent was found outside a vacant office building in Commerce, CA on the afternoon of 7/21/2025 and pronounced dead at scene. He is obese, estimated around 300 - 350lbs, with shoulder length brown matted dreadlocks. No tattoos or scars were noted to the decedent.
