Description

On 07/28/2017 the decedent appeared to be homeless and was found down with an altered mental status on the sidewalk (exact location unknown) and transported to the hospital by paramedics. Wounds were noted over bilateral lower extremities. His condition deteriorated and he was pronounced dead at the hospital @ 02:20 hours. He does not have any teeth or dentures.
