Description

On 10/31/1992 the decedent was brought to the hospital via paramedics from in front of 4520 W. Century Blvd. in Inglewood, CA. He was admitted to the hospital with a history of seizures. He did not regain consciousness and died at the hospital on 11/2/1992.
