Description

On the night of 7/8/2019 the decedent walked into Kaiser South Bay Hospital and was admitted. His health deteriorated and he was pronounced dead on 7/11/2019 at 1442 hours. Decedent told hospital staff he was from Michoacán, Mexico but he could not remember his birthdate.
