Description

On night of 9/21/2019, passerby observed this approx. 45-50 year old Hispanic male lying on a Los Angeles city sidewalk, appearing to be asleep. As same passerby observed decedent in same position following morning on 9/22 at about 1005 hours, nearby LAPD patrol vehicle was flagged down. With EMS personnel summoned, responding paramedics pronounced decedent at scene at 1015 hours.
